Member Forums Terms of Service

As part of the Service, Homestead provides its Members with a venue and an opportunity to participate in Member Forums ("Member Forums"). Messages posted to the Member Forums by Homestead members are solely the opinion and responsibility of the person posting the message. You are responsible for your own posts. Only persons aged 18 or over may post to the boards, without regard to whether an adult actually owns the member account or parental/guardian permission.

Member agrees to use the Member Forums only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and to comply with all applicable laws. Examples of inappropriate posts/activities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Posting or harvesting contact or personal information (including email addresses) about other individuals without their express permission.
Posting material containing profanity, vulgarity, hate speech, or threats of violence.
Posting material (graphic or text) that is obscene, pornographic or adult in nature.
Using JavaScript, active or other coding, making repetitive posts, or other actions that interfere with Service operations.
Posting items that infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party without the permission of the owner.
Impersonating another Homestead member or user, a discussion moderator or an expert.
Advertising or commercial promotion of Member or any third party.
Posting material that in any way violates this Agreement, Homestead's Privacy Policy or Homestead's Copyright Policy.
Posting any material that is in violation of any law or in breach of any contract.

Homestead reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review the materials posted to the Member Forums and to remove any such materials in its sole discretion, without notice, at any time. Homestead may suspend Member if Member commits Member Forums policy violations or refuses to follow Homestead staff instructions or directions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Homestead reserves the right to terminate Member's Account immediately for a single violation depending on the nature of the violation.

Member acknowledges that Member Forums are public and not private communications that may be read by others without Member's knowledge. Member must always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about itself or others on any Member Forums. Member understands and agrees that Homestead has no liability whatsoever with regard to content posted by users to the Member Forums and/or any action resulting from Member's use of the Member Forums.
